The Study On Performance And Driving Factors Of Collaborative Innovation Of Emerging Technology Enterprises

In the current era of knowledge economy, the competitiveness of emerging technology companies relies on continuous technological innovation. In order to promote the company’s technology research and development, government encourages innovative way of organizing collaborative innovation, so as to improve national technological and economic strength. However, the willingness of emerging technology enterprises to participate in collaborative innovation is the premise of implementation of collaborative innovation, which is generated by multiple factors. Thus, with the problem of technological research and development of emerging technologies being more and more attention, the driver factors of collaborative innovation has also become the focus.In this paper, we address the drivers of emerging technology enterprises to participate in collaborative innovation by analyzing papers about the emerging technologies, collaborative innovation, innovation-driven factors, and the performance. We introduce emerging technology enterprise internal and external drivers of innovation, which main external factors include technical factors, market factors and policy factors, and internal factors include innovative capabilities, collaboration, networking and innovation will. On this basis, the synergistic innovation performance as response variables to measure the effect of these factors drive, select the organizational form of collaborative innovation as a manipulated variable, and put forward the corresponding conceptual model and research hypotheses.Firstly, through the reliability analysis and validity analysis, this paper picks up factors from corresponding variable. Then, by using the structural equation model (SEM) to get confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to analyze each key variable. From this way, the paper verifies the research hypothesis and empirical model. According to the test results, corrects the model to make the model have reached a reasonable standard. The empirical results show that the technical factors, market factors, innovative capabilities, collaboration, networking and innovation will have a significant impact on synergistic innovation performance directly; policy factors have a significant impact on synergistic innovation performance indirectly; the organizational form of collaborative innovation has significant moderation effect. Then, the paper can provide policy suggestions for our country.
