The Study On The Impact Of Resources Complementarily On Effects Of Synergy Innovation

In recent years, synergy innovation has become an important way for enterprises to obtain technical innovation and sustainable development. The potential competition behavior in the process of cooperative innovation in business speculation reduces the resource sharing and knowledge transfer willingness. In this way it affects the synergy innovation effects. As the index of dynamic allocation of resources among enterprises, complementary resources is thought to the effective means to improve the relationship quality between enterprises, restrain speculation and enhance the synergy innovation effect. Therefore, according to the purpose of inhibiting business speculation and enhancing the synergy innovation effects, this paper analyzed the impact of complementary resources on the effects of synergy innovation, so that it has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, we defined the concept of the resources complementarily, enterprises’ opportunism, and effects of synergy innovation, and then sorted out the relevant theory and literature on resource-based views and synergy innovation. Combining the literature analysis and enterprises research, we selected the resource management ability as the manipulated variable between the resources complementarily and the effects of synergy innovation and presented a conceptual model. Then we analyzed the relationship of each variable in detail, proposed the corresponding hypotheses, and formed the final empirical model.Finally, based on the valid data and using structural equation model, we tested the proposed hypotheses and theoretical models through analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The empirical results show that the resources complementarily has a significant impact on effects of synergy innovation directly; the resources complementarily has a inverted U relationship with enterprises’opportunism; the enterprises’ opportunism has a significant impact on synergy innovation effects Negatively. The resource acquisition ability and resource release ability have significant moderation effects on the relations between resources complementarily and effects of synergy innovation; the resource release ability and resource integration ability have significant moderation effects on the relations between resources complementarily and enterprises’opportunism.
