The Impact Mechanism Of Integrating Science And Technology Resources On Enterprises’ Innovation

In the process of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce in the world today. Science and technology resources become the focus of enterprises for competing. In the face of the condition of scarce resources, how to use limited resources to obtain the maximize development of the enterprise become the main problems for many businesses. The effective use of resources of science and technology is one of the important standards that decided to enterprises’ long-term development, and the degree of integration of science and technology resources becomes indicators, which will measure enterprise resources are used efficiently or not. At the same time, the integration of Science and technology resources has important influence on the development of the society. It has a direct influence on enterprise innovation and affects the sustainable operation and development of the enterprise. Aiming at situation which science and technology resources is short, the using of resources can keep pace with the development of enterprises, and science and technology resources do not match the enterprise management. The paper will study the influence of integration of science and technology on enterprises’ innovation ability through the analysis of the relevant theories of science and technology resources integration, and take polarization effect as mediation. In this way, it can provide relevant reference to improve the innovation ability of Chinese enterprises.At present, enterprise has been following the trajectory of high investment and low income, the relevant government departments and enterprises for the problem of the scarcity of social resources and limited value did not improve. The understanding of the science and technology resources integration and even resource integration is not comprehensive. Research on integration of science and technology resource is still in the stage of development. But integration of science and technology resource has the vital significance on internationalization of Chinese enterprises. Therefore, in order to improve the innovation ability of Chinese enterprises and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, the paper concentrates on study the relationships between integration and enterprise innovation ability by building the model about integration and enterprise innovation ability, which based on the polarization effect. Polarization effect is an abstract concept, its impact to integration and innovation ability is an extremely complex process. All in all, polarization effect is mediation variable, the role of the variable is not a linear process, in this process, the effect of polarization effect method presented in the form of nonlinear, its final performance can be manifested by the enterprise innovation ability, and it’s basis is integration of science and technology.On the basis of theoretical analysis of science and technology resources integration and the polarization effect, in order to explore the relationship among integration, polarization effect and enterprise innovation ability, the paper build the relation model. Through empirical research, we found the scale of integration and the range of integration make a positive effect on enterprise innovation ability through the polarization effect. There is important enlightenment for enterprise which uses integration and polarization effect to improve innovation capability.
