| Innovation ability construction has become an urgent task of social and economic development in Hebei province.From the reality,promoting the matching and coordination of the innovation resources is the key to enhance the regional innovation ability for Hebei province,and then it can make the innovative resources multidimensional and multiple level fusion,thus improving its efficiency.How to revitalize the existing resources and keep the social innovation resource coordinated has become very critical for Hebei province,who wants to develop in a rapid advance innovation-driven strategy.This article,on the basis of innovation resources and the relationship of government,enterprises,universities and research institutes and science and technology agency analysis,analyzes the dynamic evolution of the enterprise,universities and research institutes as the main role in the case of the presence or the absence of other co-main roles,uses the evolutionary game theory,and identifies the both long-term and stable factors in the participation of all the synergy bodies,thus putting forward the corresponding policy suggestions to solve the current problems existing in the synergy of innovation resources in Hebei province.First of all,the research background and significance are introduced,domestic and foreign research status about the innovation resources synergy are given,and the relevant concepts of innovation resources synergy and evolutionary game theory are introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the paper.Secondly,the paper analyzes the present situation of the synergy of innovation resources in Hebei province,and puts forward all kinds of problems of the innovation resource synergy in order to raises the necessity of the study of innovation resources synergy.in Hebei provinceAgain,this article builds the evolutionary game model of the main synergy bodies of innovation resources in Hebei province,by solving replication dynamic differential equation of the game to find the evolutionary stable strategy and analyses the various factors influencing the coordinated evolution.Finally,the study has a numerical simulation on the evolutionary game model,and input the numerical in the MATLAB software to obtain different evolutionary trends with different initial values and verify the validity of the results,and then from the point of view of every synergy body,it gives the rationalization suggestion for the innovation resources synergy in Hebei province. |
