Abstract:Research of Logistics aviation safety performance can be expressed as security for a certain period of time the logistics transportation by air. The concept of safety performance is the effective operation of the safety management system and towards basic factors of performance management based on environment. It helps to monitor the actual performance of the safety management system, and to avoid only "in the appropriate box". Safety management system is necessary to specify a set of can be measured to determine the system performance results, whether in real operation in accordance with design expectations--and not just to meet regulatory requirements-and find out the need to take action in any case, make the safety management system performance meet the design expectations.This paper introduces the thesis research background and research status at home and abroad. Then, aviation safety to logistics enterprise performance evaluation, performance evaluation of logistics enterprise aviation safety of content, characteristics, function, design principles and research methods are introduced. Logistics enterprise aviation safety performance evaluation method are many, according to the aspects which is focused on the analysis of different methods. Generally considering from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, the safety performance of research in the related literature, generally USES the quantitative analysis method. Will the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and layered sequence method is used in the comparison. Again, for the performance evaluation of aviation safety analysis, motion is introduced the development history of aviation, motion performance evaluation of aviation safety status, market environment and the performance evaluation of the existing security problems. This paper is based on layered sequence method to build the logistics enterprise performance evaluation system of aviation safety, using the method of stratified sequence of the aviation safety motion performance evaluation system to rebuild. Finally this paper introduces the logistics enterprise performance evaluation system of aviation safety building auxiliary measures and policy guarantee.
