At the beginning of the 19th century, modern tourism industry began to appear, but in the 19th century, due to the impact of war and low living standards,it did not make significant progress. After the end of the Second World War,especially after entering the 20th century, the global economic level gradually increased, and the demand for people to travel gradually increased, which provided a broad stage for the development of modern tourism industry. In recent years, with the gradual development of the tourism industry, the tourism industry gradually occupies the throne of the world’s first industry.Facing the changes of industry adjustment and people’s demand,China has actively adjusted its national strategic system, especially during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, which has transformed the tourism industry into a strategic pillar industry of the national economy. After the 12th Five-Year Plan,China’s tourism industry has made vigorous development and leaped to the fourth largest destination country in the world. In 2015,China’s tourism industry has developed into a national economy.Pillar industries,up to 10.8%of the overall contribution to the national economy.China is one of the countries with the richest tourism resources in the world because of its vast territory, large latitude and longitude, and profound cultural background. With the development of all kinds of tourism resources in China, the number of scenic spots reached 220,000 by the end of 2017,the number of 5A scenic spots reached 249 by 2017,and the number of 4A scenic spots reached 1300 by 2017.With the development of tourism industry, more and more attention has been paid to tourism safety accidents.According to the statistics of the National Tourism Committee,a total of 197 tourism safety accidents have occurred in 28 provinces(municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions),resulting in 89 deaths. The frequent occurrence of tourism safety accidents has sounded an alarm for the safety of tourism production,so it is urgent to improve the safety management level of tourist attractions. This paper takes the level of safety management of tourist attractions as the research topic of this paper, and carries out case studies on S tourist attractions. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is to determine the framework of the paper and the research steps. The second part is to introduce the relevant theories and research methods in detail. The third part is to determine the index system of this paper through literature research. The fourth part is the empirical evaluation and analysis of the scenic spots listed by the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method, and obtains the index weight and the actual score. The fifth part puts forward feasible improvement suggestions according to the evaluation conclusion of the paper, and improves the level of enterprise safety management.
