Research On The Decision Models And Carrier Construction Of Service Oriented Manufacturing System Function Goal

At present, China is in the stage of promote integration of application withindustrialization and vigorously develop the new-style industrialization. If we can’t do wellin promote integration of services and manufacturing, it will difficult to improve the levelof industrialization and international competitiveness. We must accelerate the developmentof modern manufacturing and service industry system, enhance the support function ofinformation, logistics, technology, financial, business and other services to theindustrialization, we must taking new path of industrialization which service and industrycombined with each other, promote each other, common development.Service orientedmanufacturing as a new mode to adapt to the new road to industrialization, with this newmodel to guide the development of China’s manufacturing enterprises we need to study it.However, Service oriented manufacturing system as a new type of manufacturingsystem,there is a lot of function goal decision in the stage of design, update, reconstructionand improvement of the system.This paper made a comprehensive explanation from the concept, structure andfunction of service oriented manufacturing system.At the same time, study on mechanismof the influence factors on service oriented manufacturing system function by using systemdynamics method, set up the determining method of function objective priority based onthe theory of QFD which contains AHP, TRIZ,reach the conclusion of the priority sequenceand the target of the function;then set up the goal decision making system, use the exampleanalysis to provide the support and practical for the service oriented manufacturing. Finally,to ensure success implementations of the system function goal, this paper presents thecarrier of function target to ensure the smooth of the progress.The operating system of any organization determines its competitive advantage, thesystem function determines enterprise’s products or service whether meet the customers,now, customer’s demand become diversification and advanced make the system functionhigher. The goals of the system must be consider customer, competition and the enterprise itself.This paper gives the priority sequence function targer and use it make acomprehensive selection of several decision scheme and get the optimal scheme,give thestructured and unstructured carrier to support implementation.All this have instructive andevaluative points of sercice oriented manufacturing system funciotn goal formulation andimplementation.
