Since the1980s,information technology, bio-technology as the representative ofthe booming emerging technologies in the world, our social revolution caused by thetransition from industrial society to a knowledge society. Compared with traditionaltechnologies, emerging technologies with greater uncertainty, ambiguity and risk,however, the success of emerging technology brings high profits and huge marketshare and make a lot of business and management who want to try it. At the same timethe rise of emerging technologies is changing the surrounding environment, the directimpact on people’s way of thinking and behavior patterns, to strategy, organizationalstructure, mode of operation, the traditional personnel management organizationsbring great challenges. The main objective of this paper is to focus on the relationshipbetween emerging technologies and organizational conduct Analysis, Analysis ofemerging technologies, especially their relationship with each other to buildorganizational mechanisms. This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter first discusses the background andsignificance of the study, and then the current research studies were reviewed, andfinally introduce research ideas and research methods, leads to the following.The second chapter of emerging technologies and organizational overview. Thischapter first describes the defining characteristics of emerging technologies and theirorganization, and then the current organization of emerging technologies and toanalyze its causes disharmony.The third chapter of emerging technologies and organizational mechanisms tobuild relationships with each other. First elaborated the relationship betweenemerging technologies and build organizational principle of reciprocity principle hascoordinated its construction principle, the dialectical principle, practice principles.Then discusses typical produce and build a new organizational forms emergingtechnologies, virtual organizations, incubators organizations, resourcefulorganization of the three main types. Then for several types of organizations todiscuss emerging technology to build the research, there are vertical organizationalstructure, matrix organization structure, comprehend-to respond to the organizationas well as the front and rear end of the four main types of tissue.The fourth chapter studies the relationship between emerging technologies and organizations gives us inspiration. This chapter points out the relationship betweenthe researchers, both in the philosophical level for us to deepen our understanding ofthe productive forces and relations of production and development of things wedeepen the "degree" of knowledge, or in the practical level for people to carry outtechnological innovation and organizational innovation have an important role inenlightening.
