A Study Of SMEs’ Financing Strategy

With the rapid development of Chinese market economic system gradually improved and financial market, enterprises as the mainstay of the market economy in the dynamic market environment, as the main component in the body--the small and medium-sized enterprise development, many problems and difficulties of diversity, and the financing problem is particularly prominent, so the financing problem of small and medium sized enterprises successfully resolved or not becomes the key to the development of.In this paper, taking Weifang SMEs as the starting point and perspective, through the analysis of the survival status of SMEs, development trajectory, the financing characteristics; analysis of effects on the international and domestic economic and financial environment and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; national policy research in the financial, securities, taxation, innovation fund to support the development of analysis of different methods of financing; the characteristics and requirements of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; some case studies, for small and medium-sized enterprises in the period of different development stages, different economic and policy, to provide some effective methods of financing, or financing mechanism innovation combination method. In order to perfect the corporate governance structure, optimize the investment structure, the establishment of enterprise credit complementary system, innovation of financial system, governmental functions and other measures to alleviate the financing predicament company. The financing dilemma of small and medium-sized enterprises, is not only related to the management of individual enterprise and state of survival, but also affects the health, the benign development of the national economy. Therefore, this paper hopes to learn from foreign advanced experience and summarized the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in Weifang area processing, is extended to the general enterprises, and strive to find new breakthrough, help and guidance for the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country.
