The Analysis Of Knowledge Sharing Game In Network Community Based On Knowledge Potential Difference

Knowledge as a kind of intangible assets has become the key factor to promote the development of society,the rapid development of Internet makes inter-time,cross-region,and cross-culture communication reality.In this context,the network community arises,and provides people with a knowledge sharing platform,which is more rapid and convenient than the traditional way of knowledge dissemination.Within the community,community members can acquire information,share knowledge and express themselves.Community network broke the traditional barriers to knowledge,and provide a more convenient and more efficient platform for numbers to acquire,spread and share knowledge.In this study,network user behaviors within a community are divided into three types:pure browsing behavior,posting behavior and reply behavior,on the basis of literature analysis.The pure browsing behavior is considered to be not-sharing behavior,posting behavior and replying behavior are considered to be sharing behavior.And we analysis users' behavior in online in these two levels.Considering the effect of different knowledge potential energy to revenue function of different strategy,knowledge potential differences are divided into three types:disjoint or cross,overlapping and containment.Eventually,we construct knowledge sharing or not-sharing,posting or replying game in online community model,based on the knowledge of the potential difference.According to the model,we conduct once game analysis and evolutionary game analysis,get the evolution path and the evolutionary stable strategy of the model,and draw the evolution phase diagram.A game analysis based on the above model and evolutionary game analysis find that,for sharing and don't share the game model,there are two evolutionary stable strategy:(sharing strategy,sharing strategy),(not-sharing strategy,not-sharing strategy);for posting and replying game model,there are two evolutionary stable strategy:(posting strategy,posting strategy),(replying strategy,replying strategy).The evolution of its ultimate direction is influenced by the knowledge structure of community,community environment and incentive strategy.The result shows that knowledge potential difference,community environment and synergistic earnings have important effect on knowledge sharing in network communities realize it or not,which way(post or replies)community members to choose,and sharing aspiration.And we put forward some suggestions on network community to promote the flourishing of the network community.
