Accelerating development of urbanization in the human society economic activity and the more stand out contradiction between supply and demand of in construction land, the new-type urbanization appear to intensive use of land resources puts forward more strict requirements. The study takes Jinjiang city for example, which is one of the new-type urbanization pilots of country, and makes evaluation of the intensive utilization of construction land, has great significance of use and construction land intensive utilization.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the relevant theoretical basis and related research progress both at home and abroad, make qualitative analysis of construction land use condition and dynamic change, land use trend types of Jinjiang city, build a multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model and use entropy value method and Delphi method to determine the weight, evaluate the construction land intensive use situation and compared with municipal district and other coastal counties and cities of Quanzhou city, and make spatial difference analysis on the degree of construction land intensive utilization, to find the existing problems and put forward the corresponding suggestions, and provide a reference for the promotion of construction land intensive use lever and scientific management of land of Jinjiang city.Research result indicate:(1)The trend of overall land use type in Jinjiang is extensive, urban industrial and mining land and rural residential land use are all extensive. (2)Compared with municipal district and other coastal counties and cities of Quanzhou city, the intensive degree of construction land use in Jinjiang is higher than that in Luojiang district, Quangang district, Huian county and Nanan city, but is still far from Licheng district, Fengze district and Shishi city, and also has some problem in intensive use of construction land.(3)The construction land intensive use level of each streets and towns in Jinjiang is not balanced and has obvious spatial differences.
