Study On Regional Construction Land Intensive Use In The Process Of Urbanization

The acceleration of urbanization is an important reason for the persistent demand of land from towns, especially demand for construction land. Urbanization process in our country is at a stage of rapid development and urban land is expanding rapidly. At the same time, extensive utilization of urban land and idle utilization of urban land appeared. In our country, shortage of land resources, development of urbanization, increase of population all need a large number of construction land, meanwhile, the Red Line of cultivated land can not be broken through. Thus, there comes a contradiction between" development" and" eat". In a word, no matter considering from protection of land resource, land science perfection , development of towns or regional land harmonious development, the regional construction land intensive utilization research in urbanization process do has an important significance.On the base of literature summary that related to intensive construction land utilization, the paper put forward the concept and connotation called regional construction land intensive utilization, which analyzed the necessity of regional construction land intensive utilization in urbanization process; considering of population, industrial structure, economic development, city scale and location of city ,the paper elaborated the effect on construction land intensive utilization brought by urbanization development and analyzed the counteractive on urbanization development brought by construction land intensive utilization, meanwhile, importing Coupled Coordination Degrees as a measure of"urbanization -construction land intensive utilization" system, which can avoid simple index evaluation of land intensive utilization and expand research ideas for solving land intensive utilization problems; the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis established a regional construction land intensive utilization evaluation system and model, taking regional construction land in various districts and counties of Tangshan as a checking example. Combining base data in 2005 and 2009 with the related statistical yearbook data while using the evaluation index system and the model to practical analyse guaranteed the system logical, systematic and feasibility of the paper.The paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduced the research background, significance and emphatically introduced the intensive land related research situation at home and abroad, research methods, contents and research frame of this paper. The second chapter elaborated related concepts and theoretical basis of regional construction land intensive utilization. The third chapter analyzed the relationship between the urbanization and regional construction land intensive utilization,as well as researched on harmonious development between urbanization and construction land intensive utilization. The fourth chapter studied the regional construction land intensive utilization evaluation and structured the evaluation index system, and set up an evaluation model. The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis, which analyzed regional construction land intensive utilization in the urbanization process of Tangshan. The analysis evaluated the regional construction land intensive utilization situation in Tangshan. And the paper analyzed the coordination degree between urbanization level and land intensive utilization and proposed solutions to the problems that existed in land intensive utilization. The sixth chapter pointed out the main conclusion and further studies.This paper concludes :(1) Based on coupling coordination degree function , established the urbanization-the area of intensive construction land use degree model, to solve the urbanization development level and construction land use level of coordination development has certain effect.(2) in the evaluation model and index will more than traditional synthesis method combining grey evaluation system, to make up for the raw data "small sample", "poor information" faults.(3) according to the tangshan regional construction land intensive use evaluation result and coordination evaluation results, and that each area of tangshan city construction land intensive level and the coupling coordination whole improved steadily, and space gather obviously, present high concentration or low concentration distribution pattern, on the space distribution of the performance for the ring, the city centre above all around, and the performance is not obvious set form.
