Evaluation Of The Contribution Rate Of Ecological Civilization Construction To Economic Growth In Jiangxi Province

At present,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and more and more attention has been paid to the coordinated development of economic development and ecological environment protection.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized many times that “green hills and clear waters are invaluable assets”.How to implement the concept of green development and promote ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi Province is of great significance for the construction of a national ecological civilization demonstration area in Jiangxi Province.This paper mainly analyzes the contribution of ecological civilization construction to the economic growth of Jiangxi Province from the perspective of empirical analysis.From the aspects of ecological economy,ecological culture,ecological environment and ecological human settlement,the evaluation index system of ecological civilization was constructed and the entropy method was used to quantitatively evaluate the level of ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi Province from 1990 to 2015.The Solow's production function model was improved,and a growth model based on economic growth as output,capital input,labor input,ecological civilization construction,and science and technology as input factors was constructed,and the contribution rate of each factor to economic growth was calculated..The study found that:(1)The level of ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi Province showed an overall growth trend from 1990 to 2015,and the average annual growth rate is 8.41%.(2)From 1990 to 2015,the average contribution rates of capital input,labor input,ecological civilization construction,science and technology,and other factors to economic growth were 33.53%,6.48%,12.89%,37.12%,and 10.05%,respectively.And Science and technology and capital investment are the core driving force for economic growth in Jiangxi Province,followed by the construction of ecological civilization.Its contribution to economic growth exceeds 9%,while the relationship between labor input factors and economic growth is low,scientific and technological factors are increasingly important for the economic growth of Jiangxi Province.
