Study On Eco-Audit Tactics Of W City In Yangtze River Economic Belt From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization Construction

With the rapid development of economy and society and the increase of population,China's ecological environmental problems are increasingly prominent.In some regions,governments and enterprises have pursued one-sided economic growth at the expense of ecological environment and resources,which has led to the worsening of human life and ecological environment.Extreme climate change like fresh water pollution,reduction of forest coverage,air pollution and other problems have cropped up one after another.Especially since 2015,China has been confronted with severe haze weather,with unprecedented frequency,wide range and severity of pollution.The extensive economic growth model,the wrong idea of pollution first and treatment afterwards,and the one-sided pursuit of quick success and instant benefits have led to a variety of ecological and environmental problems threatening people's physical and mental health and causing great resistance to the sustainable development of economic society.Ecological and ecological environment has become a hot issue in the field of national governance in China.The protection and improvement of ecological and ecological environment has gradually been paid attention to by governments at all levels.At present,the ecological environment of the audit has not been rolled out,degree of awareness of ecological environment audit and attention is not enough,the government ecological environment audit more stay to audit the level of environmental protection funds usage,the principle of audit and the standard is not unified,the ecological environment audit theory research is also not enough system.Between December 2017 and March 2018,for the implementation of Xi Jinping,and improvement of ecological environment,the government audit organization organized local offices and local audit institutions of more than 700 and 11 auditors of audit teams 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze river economic belt of soil,water,atmosphere and so on ecological ecologic environment situation of the audit,audit office W city is to cooperate with the auditor in the audit items within the city area of the Yangtze river basin ecological environment audit.Compared with the past,this ecological environment audit has more items,more auditors,more special funds,more comprehensive audit methods,and higher requirements for the professionalism of the audit team.From the perspective of audit process and audit effect,it plays a positive role in protecting ecological environment and has accumulated valuable experience for the government's ecological environment audit work in the future.However,there are still some problems,such as inconsistent audit basis,insufficient audit resources and low audit efficiency due to the lack of professional staff.As a part of the government,the government audit department plays an important role in national governance,constantly promoting and improving the ways and means of national governance to promote the realization of various construction goals.Government ecological audit,with independent supervision and evaluation functions,is authoritative and mandatory.It plays an active role in the government's protection and management of ecological environment,and is an important means to promote the construction of ecological civilization.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China points out that building ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Therefore,how to give full play to the role of government ecological audit and promote the construction of ecological civilization in China is worthy of our discussion and research.
