With the deepening of the policy reform and opening-up, the capital market becomesmore perfection, securities industry development in China has also experienced extensivedevelopment from the transition to the norms of governance, the government’s regulatoryfunctions are maturing, unified and multi-level marketing system also is taking shape. ForChina’s securities companies, it need to depend on good employees to competent the liquidityproviders, so it becomes to an important task that how to attract, train, develop and motivatetalent, maximize stimulate their inherent potential and enthusiasm working to improve itsperformance in human resources management department.In this paper, the author took YD securities company as a specific object, through studingthe incentive mechanism, characteristics of securities company employee incentive andmotivation theory, analyzed the current staff motivation of YD company by the employeesatisfaction theory, the theory of employee satisfaction with the company’s current staffmotivation YD analyze the situation, pointed out the problems in employee incentives,specifically in the matter of incentives, lacking of career development incentives, theemployee behavior evaluation tool has not really play a role, ncentives targeted not strong andthe incentive measures is lack of long-term; to solve these problems, the paper proposes tobuild the employee incentives which is constituted the momentum and safeguard mechanism,dynamic mechanism mainly included incentive pay, welfare incentives, career developmentincentives, training, motivation and work incentives; safeguard mechanism included theconcept of security management, performance appraisal security, institution building securityand protection of corporate culture. Incentives building is a long-term and systematic projectfor the securities company, and improve incentives for securities companies sustained andhealthy development of great significance, perfect incentive mechanism has a greatsignificance for the sustained, healthy development of the securities company. But comparedwith foreign financial institutions, the staff motivation work of securities companies in Chinastill exist many unreasonable, the management innovation will also along the deep, jumping,diversification and quality development.The article took the YD company as a microcosm of China’s securities companies,discussed the situation, problems and optimization measures in its incentives, the conclusionsin this study not only enrich the theoretical study of employee motivation research system, butalso can help YD company human resource managers understand the problems in the processof its employee incentiving more comprehensiven, gave the effective guidance to the YD company incentive. This research ideas and incentives has a certain significance for thesecurities companies which have the same challenges in employee motivation, help themanagers explore employee incentive improvement direction better.
