Incentive is an important means to attract and retain employees, and it plays an irreplaceable role in the introduction of employee and the improvement of performance. The incentive mechanism is perfect or not is related to the long-term development of the organization, So it is getting more and more attention from all kinds of organizations. For securities companies, to establish reasonable incentive mechanism, which is the need to improve the scientific management system of the company, is a necessary way to enhance the company’s competitiveness.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the incentive mechanism of Qingdao ZY Securities Company, this paper analyzes the situation of the social economic environment and the security industry in China.
