Because of this International Tourism has grown faster than ever. In recent years, the number of inbound visitors and travel agencies in Thailand has increased twice as Thailand is an international tourist city. The growth of Thailand tourism will not only accelerate the economic development but also promote trades that related to tourism.However, competition within the tourism has been found to be stronger since it improves so dramatically. For instance, prices, quality of services and traveling products have been used as Means of competition. Therefore, the customers’satisfaction is dressing more attention from companies. They have set the satisfaction of customers as the first aim of business plan. How can Thailand’s tourism be competitive and profitable among different challenges? It has been a question that researchers specially want to study.According to many researches, Chinese tourists are playing a significant role of inbound visitors in Thailand. This essay is going to analyze the satisfaction of Chinese tourists traveling in Thailand and discuss the significance of studying this topic. First of all, the current situation of researches of national and international travelers’satisfaction will be summing up and consolidated. With analysis of those researches the foundation of theories in this essay will be stated. Then the conditions of Thailand’s inbound and national tourists will be analyzed. Based on these analyses, by choosing samples, designing questionnaires and recording behavior characteristics of travelers, the satisfaction of inbound tourists can be studied. From that the situation and satisfaction of Thailand’s inbound tourism can be estimated. Finally, advices and necessary improvements to improve Thailand’s tourism will be stated based on studies and analysis. |
