Meanwhile, in order to take into account the principles ofefficiency and fairness, to meet the development needs of local governments andenterprises, and the people of migrant workers in the cost-sharing on each subject, thearticle on migrant workers of public funding, the cost-sharing mechanism to build thebody and sharing were discussed. Among them, the social wealth created by people ofmigrant workers itself, the income of rural land, urban land transfer income of urbanresidents and a small amount of social wealth created was the four mainly parts; tookinto account of the ability to pay the beneficiary groups, built the government (centraland local), corporate, individual migrant workers as the main body of the people ofmigrant workers sharing of cost-sharing mechanism.Finally, according to the index system and sharing mechanisms built in this article,put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the household registrationreform, improve the social security system, strengthening migrant workers and their children’s education, standardized labor market to promote employment, improvesocial management and promote affordable housing in six-party to promote Urumqipeople of migrant workers’ citizenization.
