Knowledge-based economy, is an new socio-economic patterns afterthe agricultural economy and industrial economy in the future, based on knowledge,established in knowledge and information production, on top of distribution andapplication. In the knowledge-based economy age, knowledge workers as a newresource of enterprise competition is the most influential, the core objects of humanresource management are knowledge workers.At present, there are some advanced management theory and practice ofinternational standards, as well as the implementation of relatively complete system ofemployee performance evaluation, how to incorporate it into the work of staffperformance management of small and medium-sized enterprises, relevant researchersneed to solve the problem as soon as possible. But to design a good enterpriseperformance management system, the need for business strategy, values, businesscharacteristics and staff quality and other factors, there is a full range of analysis andgrasp. This paper use the related theory and method of the performance evaluation, inorder to evaluate the performance of knowledge workers in small and mediumenterprises as the main research content, aims to set up a performance evaluationprocess which includes index contents choose, weight assignment, evaluationmethods and evaluate results analysis, to rebuild the evaluation model of knowledgeworker in small and medium-sized enterprises, on the basis of the the evaluationmodel to evaluate the performance of knowledge worker. The performance evaluationwith multi factors, fuzzy and comprehensive characteristics, by two levels the paperthrough empirical analysis, on the one hand, to evaluate the performance of individualworker by fuzzy comprehensive theory, based on the design principle of evaluationindex system of knowledge worker performance, establishes the mathematical modelof knowledge-based worker performance, according to the empirical evaluation ofknowledge-based worker individual performance; On the other hand, research on theperformance evaluation from the perspective between the groups of knowledgeworkers, construct the entropy model of knowledge workers between the fuzzyevaluation model by using entropy theory, by using entropy theory to build a fuzzyevaluation model between the groups of knowledge workers for entropy, and therelevant model for the empirical analysis.In summary, how to manage employees through performance measures,especially knowledge workers, creating effective evaluation system has become acore proposition of modern enterprise for sustainable development.
