Research On Constructing A Coexist Module Of Affordable Housing And Commercial Housing Under Harmonious Society Mechanism

At the end of the century, China began to promote the implementation of themarket economy to accelerate the pace of urbanization. Then, the housing market isbeginning to show diversity. In the housing market of Zhengzhou, it appears differenthousing in accordance with income, such us affordable housing and commercialhousing. But in the market economy, the major consideration is how much the housingmarket gains. This economic system led to the position of living space is not balancedbetween high-income and low-income, unfairness occurs when housing allocation, andnon-standard of construction management. These questions led us to think about howto build different types of housing, such as affordable housing and commercialhousing.Planners should be seen that the integration for the multi-level contents embeddedin the co-construction of affordable housing and commercial housing, and explorationfor the harmony of coexistence mode, under the building of harmonious society.Coexistence mode among different types of housing can promote mixing of differentincome groups. Ultimately achieve the purpose of harmonious urban construction.Therefore, to explore the coexistence of public rental housing and the mode ofbuilding a harmonious society must have a positive meaning.This study is based on the districts affiliated to Zhengzhou City. Based on themechanism of harmonious society, the integration for the multi-level contentsembedded in the co-construction of affordable housing and commercial housing, andexploration for the harmony of coexistence mode, under the building of harmonioussociety. This thesis includes five chapters. Firstly, it unveils the background, thesignificance and the methods of the project; As well as the contents and framework ofthe project are presented; and it summarizes the current situations of domestic urbanliving development of Hybrid theories. Secondly, it reviews the development ofaffordable housing of Zhengzhou. And it analyzes the situation of residential areas,drawn from the problem of construction of affordable housing which located inZhengzhou. Thirdly, it explained the meaning, the content, the presentation of the specific mechanism of harmonious society. Then it summarizes the planning status ofmix residential area, no matter what located at home or abroad, in order to provideexperience of coexistence community building. And based on the experience and thesummary of the foregoing analysis, the authors believe that the contents of themechanisms of the harmonious society can provide theoretical guidance for thecoexistence of community building. And establish theoretical framework about therental housing and commercial housing coexistence mode. Finally, on the basis of theempirical analysis and theoretical construction which mentioned above, it combiningthe connotation about harmonious society mechanisms with coexist module betweenpublic rental housing and commercial housing from the perspective of a planner.
