The degree of quality of work life has a direct influence to the degree of organizational identification, then decides employees’individual job performance and loyalty. Especially the knowledge employees, they have a lot of characteristicsin personal character, demand structure, identity value, behavior and so on, they play a key role not only in creating, using and appreciating knowledge, but also in the optimization of organizational resources and construction of core competitiveness, and their turnover can cause great loss to the organizaton. Another important element is job burnout, Job burnout will make the employee have a feeling of tired, decline work efficiency, then lead to the decline in individual job performance, lower satisfaction, the tendency to leave etc.—the problems of human resources, affecting the survival and development of organizations. In reality, knowledge employees have become the high-risk group of job burnout. Obviously, analyzing the characters ofknowledge employees and exploring the factors which affect their working life, formulating management measures in order to improve their professional psychological conditions, relieving the serious job burnout of staff, looking for ways to solve problems, improving the quality of work life so as to create a favorable situation between the knowledge employees and organizations, both have great significance and value, also become a key problem need to solve.Random sampling is applied in the research, this paper chooses265representatives as samples from various industries, data are collected through questionnaire, and then using a serious of SPSS17.0statistic analysis, through the in-depth research to analyze the relationship between quality of work life and job burnout. The results show that:(1)The level of job burnout is high, including emotional exhaustion is most serious.(2)Quality of work life and job burnout have some differences in the personnel-concerned factors.(3)Quality of work life and job burnout have a negative correlation.(4)Quality of work life is divided into three dimensions, including working task,Organizational environment and social psycology. Job burnout is divided into three dimensions, including emotional exhaustion, cynicism and low professional efficacy. The relation of these six dimensions show negative. This study puts forward some targeted recommendations, including improving work backgrounds and organizational climate, attaching great importance to staff training and career planning, conducting fair and reasonable performance appraisal, providing competitive salary, cares staff, carrying out the employee assistance program, making classification management according to characteristics of employees and so on. It not only makes a contribution to theoretical research to a certain extent, but also has some practical significance.
