All along, urbanization and migration of the population is one of the hot issues ofgeography studies. An important measure of urbanization is the continuous migration ofrural population to urban areas. Each of the rural population are likely to migrate from thecountryside to the "town", but this could become a potential population "town" in the realityof the conditions to move to the town, is that he should have the willingness to urbanmigration. In recent years, with the continuous improvement and deepening of China’ssocialist market economic system, accelerate the development of urbanization, how toco-ordinate the integration of urban and rural development become the last stage of theproblems to be solved. Therefor,The eighteen Report proposed:” To solve the problem ofAgriculture and rural farmers is the top priority of the party’s work……Adhere to industrynurturing agriculture and cities support rural areas, so that the majority of farmers equalparticipation in the process of modernization and share the fruits of modern……Adhere to thecountry’s infrastructure and social development focused on rural areas, to further promote thenew rural construction……However, in the new rural construction process, due to China’snational strength and the market conditions improving, the independence of the farmers havegradually shown that they are willing to stay in "rural" or move to the "community" produceda series of the problems, which is directly related to the process of urbanization in China. or avariety of problems arising from the migration process, government and academia aregenerally from the macro level, top-down research the related measures, rarely depart fromthe farmers themselves, thinking and exploring issues from the perspective of individualfarmers. It is with this thinking, the study is based on micro-farmers, trying to explore whatare the main factors that influence their migration from the farmer’s point of view is that, in order to address the migration process might arise.This article based on the migration willingness of farmers, investigated traditionalagricultural areas of Qi County, Henan Province, the willingness of farmers to migrate,selected the three administrative villages do a questionnaire survey, and the questionnairesurvey data as the basis for the data in this paper, used Logistic regression models to analyzethe affecting the willingness of farmers to migrate,s personal factors and externalenvironmental factors,in order to propose policies to promote urbanization in the migration offarmers voluntarily degrees.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the first two chapters, acordingto the process of urbanization in the willingness of farmers to migrate research backgroundand significance, proposed research ideas and technical route of this article, as well asmethods that will be used in this article were simple analysis, this article finally made overallarrangements. Then describes the theory which is related to population migration abroad andthe factors of Chinese farmers,s willingness of migratate.The second part of the third andfourth chapters, mainly introduced the study area as well as collate the survey data, and usedthe Binary Logistic regression model to analyse. By analyzing the internal factors affectingfarmers’ migration has been mainly family income, age, education, family and school-agechildren,marriageable men and the proportion of agricultural income and so on.the externalenvironment factors are mainly urban and rural factors and institutionan factors. The thirdpart is the fifth chapter, is the main conclusions of this paper, analyze the results for thesecond part, put forward relevant proposals and policies to increase farmers’ voluntarymigration.
