ABSTRACT:More and more enterprise managers begin to realize that: the extent of emphasizing the R&D personnel training decides its future competition potential. How to establish the R&D personnel training mode conforming to the development of enterprise has always been the issue concerned by numerous enterprises. After conducting investigation and research on the training model of part of SY enterprises, the results suggest that the R&D personnel training of SY enterprisers has not achieved expected effect.After referring to domestic and overseas relevant training literatures and typical enterprise training cases, the R&D personnel training status of SY enterprise was selected. The main problems of SY enterprise in the R&D personnel training mode was diagnosed as follows:no effective guidance on employee under training was carried out; updating of training courses was not timely; lack of effective management on teachers of internal training; lack of scientific and effective training evaluation mechanism. Therefore, the class hours of training increased continuously, and the expenses of training management was quite a lot, but the participation initiative of staff was lowered, and staff of various levels began to doubt the effect of training. On such basis, the paper adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make empirical analysis on the R&D personnel training of SY enterprise, according to the the results of both quantitative and qualitative analyses, the paper proposed optimization thought on the R&D personnel training of SY enterprise, including optimizing training courses; effectively promoting tutorial system and mentoring system; improving the initiative of trainees; improving instruction technique of instructor; and improving management training level, so as to make the training work of such enterprise better come into play. The optimized evaluation results shown that the effects of optimized training model were better.
