Along with the continuous progress of the times,the continuous development of science and technology,there is no doubt that talent has become the core competitiveness of enterprises as a representative.As for the cultivation of talents,enterprises have played an indispensable role,more and more enterprises have put up the training of related personnel to the strategic level.In this paper,the following aspects of the study of the content of the analysis and elaboration.First,the purpose of this paper is based on the current situation of the training of CX Software Development Co.,Ltd.(CX Software Co.,Ltd.),and through the further study of the concepts and cases,it provides some new ideas of training for A Division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.Starts from the concept of enterprise training,analyzes the concept,principle and function of enterprise training,and arranges the research situation at internal and abroad.Use literature,cases,interviews and questionnaires to analyzes the current situation of enterprise training,At the same time,summarize the training and development of new trends.Second,in the main part of this paper,describes the current situation of A Division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.Analysis the business background and related strategies of this company.Use cases analysis,questionnaires and interview to prepare resources and data for this paper.Meanwhile,the author analyzed the internal training and external training of A Division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.There are some shortcomings for A Division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.the problems include the following:First,the internal staff training,especially the recruitment of staff training on the community did not get more attention;Second,there are many imperfections in the various stages of training;Third,there are many imperfections in the customer training;Fourth,low level of training participants in the sense of identity,training in the incentive mechanism is inadequate;Fifth,training evaluation and evaluation is not completely;Third,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the methods of re-optimization and re-construction of the relevant personnel training of A Division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward some new optimization measures and suggestions for the internal and external.Aiming at the current improvement strategy,this paper puts forward the construction and guarantee measures for the new training of A Division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.In this paper,not only provides a train of thought and direction for the training of A Division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.,but also,provides some reference suggestions for the follow-up training of other division of CX Software Co.,Ltd.,as well as the similar enterprises in the industry of the relevant personnel training to provide some reference.
