Enterprises should foothold in the market, a firm must focus on human resource management. Mobile employees of enterprises has been a factor that restricts the development of enterprises. Due to changes in their internal and external environment conditions and employees, mobile workers is inevitable, normal staff turnover is like the body’s metabolism, like watching from the entire community, is conducive to the rational allocation of human resources. From the corporate perspective, there are conducive to internal restructuring officer enterprises, to enable enterprises to inject new blood. But the unnormal flow of employees has become a major problem affecting the development of enterprise competitiveness. How to control effectively high liquidity employees has become a core part of human resource management.As a retail shopping center industry, its high mobility of employees has become a constraining factor in the development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management company TG and staff turnover in the past five years, the reasons for the investigation by former employees and employees tend to leave the investigation to find the factors affecting the TG staff mobility.
