Now China’s economic development is slowing down and going through the difficulty in economic transformation, meanwhile world economy is still under turmoil and recession. In pace with MBA education universalized in China, it is not easy for more and more MBA graduates to get a suitable job. Therefore, it is a valuable opportunity for MBA graduates to display their capabilities fully by starting an undertaking and solve their job problem at the same time. In short, China MBA’s entrepreneurial practice will without doubt contribute to China’s economy sustainable growth and social development, such as technology innovation, management of progress, industrial upgrading, mass employment, etc.The paper illustrates MBA entrepreneurial teams’features and benefits as a starting point. Then it is based on the management theory of organization, team different development phases, team conflict and communication, team culture’s construction, team excitation, etc. and several case studies of MBA entrepreneurial teams for analysis. Firstly, the paper elaborates how to build a MBA entrepreneurial team with two case studies. Secondly, it demonstrates the effective management strategies for a MBA entrepreneurial team by a case study. Finally, it naturally proposes the key factors of the success on MBA entrepreneurial teams, which are also main discussions and suggestions on how to build and manage a high performance MBA entrepreneurial team as follows:A. Select those team members who own complementary advantages and can understand each other well.B. Choose right partners, determine rational equity ratio, set up good governance structure and sign shareholders’agreement in advance.C. An entrepreneur should begin from forgetting his MBA degree, MBA identity, MBA textbooks, etc., while he could try his best to think and work based on local practice&live learning no matter from Chinese or foreign, ancient or modern. The success of Chinese MBA entrepreneurial teams will be forever rooted in the practice soil of China’s continuously innovating market economy.There is much more research literature on common entrepreneurship, youth entrepreneurship and university students entrepreneurship in China, while there is short of research literature on MBA entrepreneurial teams specially. So this thesis may do its little bit to help the latter with beneficial references and necessary lessons. In order to succeed in entrepreneurship, Chinese MBA should not only make full use of their MBA advantages and specialized skills, but also break the superstition of MBA by themselves and never blindly follow what they have learned from MBA courses, which is possibly new idea and may inspire MBA entrepreneurial teams to some extent. It is just an exploration on how a MBA entrepreneurial team should pursue success in the right way. Hopefully, the paper could make contribution to all MBA entrepreneurial teams and somewhat help to improve their success rate.
