In modern management, organizational climate is always the hot issue of the studies on organization. As a part of organizational culture, organizational climate could influence the stuff’s mentality and behavior, and then influence the organizational performance. Different organizational climates will make different effects on the stuff and performance. Different organization can get different performances in different climates. The study takes a scientific research team in a manufacturing enterprise as an example to research the relationship between organizational climate and performance of scientific research team in a manufacturing enterprise.This thesis is composed of six parts. Part1is introduction. It includes the background and significance of the study. Part2is the introduction of some theories, such as organizational climate, scientific research team and performance. There are a lot of definitions about organizational climate around the world. Author makes such a definition here:organizational climate is the members’ common perception of the organization’s internal environment.Part3is the analysis of performance of scientific research team. There are four measure dimensions for the performance of scientific research team:output, team satisfaction, team development and team applicability. Studies around the world indicate that there are lots of factors affecting organizational performance, such as capability of members, personality type of members, diversity of members, relationship among members, interdependence of members, size of the team, task types, environment, leadership style, encourage, cohesive force.In Part4, author describes the current situation of CF company which is a large state-owned military enterprise in Chengdu. The company has its featured corporate culture:contribute to the nation with aviation industry. However, CF company has some problems like other traditional state-owned enterprise. In part5author takes CF company as an example to research the relationship between organizational climate and performance of scientific research team in a manufacturing enterprise, reading Team Climate Inventory for reference. In the inventory, there are four factors to evaluate the performance:target and vision, oriented task, guarantee for participating, support for innovation.Part6is about four suggestions:support for innovation, clear target and vision, enhancing stuff’s responsibility, and good logistic support.
