After China joins the WTO, Chinese enterprises, especially private enterprises,domestic and international talent have to face fierce market competition, enterprises’human resources are an important source of competition. Especially, with theShanghai Free Trade Area’s establishment, many companies view human resources asenhance the competitiveness of enterprises have become increasingly evident. Theyfound that human resource management is increasingly important. However, in theactual work, most of the enterprises’ human resources management still did not rise toa strategic height, lack of organizational strategy based on strategic human resourcesplanning. Therefore, the development of human resources, strategic planning,implementation of the strategic management is an important way to enhancecompetitiveness.In this paper, Company Y as the research object, the Y company’s humanresources strategic planning as the main research content, probably related to studyhuman resources strategic planning theory, Company Y’s overall developmentstrategy under the guidance of the company by analyzing the Y Status and HumanResource Management problems, design a more comprehensive human resourcestrategy planning. The program of the Y’s corporate strategic objectives into HRstrategic advantage, while briefly described, including recruitment planning,compensation and benefits planning, organizational culture, planning, etc., several keyplanning. Finally, this paper has proposed strategy for human resources planning anddesign of implementation procedures and safeguards.Human resources in various regions increasingly competitive today, the articlelooks at Y’s development goals and forward direction, depending on the marketenvironment and the enterprises of domestic socio-economic environment for thedesign of a more comprehensive Company Y’s human resources strategic planning,Company Y so that it can guide human resource management and human resourcedevelopment, helping Y enterprises in the new historical opportunity to play in frontof their competitive advantage, promote the development of company sustainable.
