Construction Project Evaluation Of Transformer Tank Manufacturing Base About Tianwei In Qinhuangdao

With the fast development of national power grid and high pace urbanization,TWBB(Qinghuangdao) plans to initiate oil tank construction, to conquer the difficultiesduring transferring process, such as large cost and tank oversize. To guanrantee the feasibilityand rationality of this program, the topic has practical significance.On basis of researches worldwide, We thoroughly explore the implementation ofcomprehensive evaluation theory in practical project. Firstly, we analyse market demand andreport, stressing the significance of the comprehensive evaluation method. Then we introducethe evaluation parameters, indicators, methods and specific process in detail. Thirdly, weintroduce the construction plan of oil tank project in TWBB(Qin Huangdao) and analyse theindicator and model of the correspondent evaluation system. Based on the comprehensiveevaluation theory, the system use financial measures, economic variables and social indicatorsto establish evaluation model. Besides, we follow tranched-evaluation and vague-evaluationmethod to analyse the oil tank project quantitatively and conduct objective evaluation.In the study and exploration of the comprehensive evaluation theory, evaluation indicator,model and method, we feel that project management of a corporation is an art that combinessocial science and physical science, and a qualified manager should master the knowledge ofmathematics, economy and logic.
