With the economic development of our country, the migrant workers havebecome the main force for the construction of our country. As the time passing by, newgeneration of migrant workers have taken the large proportion of the migrant workers, and they are becoming more and more important as well. As we all know that, SEMs are not the same as thelarge enterprises, their history is short and they are lack of the experiences formanagement, which has led them to the dilemma of labor shortages, especially thedeficiency of the new generation of migrant workers. To begin with, this paper has defined the concept of the new generation ofmigrant works, the SMEs and the labor management, and the paper also assemble therelated theories.
