The Effect Of The Spatial Structure Agglomeration Of Industry In Hunan

As one of the six central provinces, the industry of Hunan plays an important rolein promoting the overall economic development of Hunan Province. The feature ofthe spatial concentration of industry is showing that the system of industry hasbasically formed; the level of industry concentration has enhanced; the advantages ofindustrial development of the industrial parks of more developed areas and nationalhave the prominent feature. But there is still some problems, for example the lack oftechnological innovation capability and capital investment, the overall level ofindustrial concentration is low, and proportion of high energy-consuming industriesis higher than the other industries. In order to better promote the development ofIndustry in Hunan, play the role of spatial agglomeration of the industry effectively,the paper study on this problem.First of all, analyze the current situation of the spatial structure agglomeration ofoverall and internal different industries of industry in Hunan by using the index oflocation quotient, the Herfindahl index, E-G index; find that the existence of thespatial agglomeration of the overall industry in Hunan. At the same time, the lever ofconcentration of the industry is the manufacturing of tobacco, the manufacturing ofspecial equipment and is relatively higher. As the time goes on, the lever ofagglomeration of internal industry of manufacturing is becoming higher and higher.On this basis, discuss the relevance of global and local industrial spatialagglomeration between the cities and states of Hunan province by using of the indexof Moran’s I and Getis-Ord Gi*, furthermore specifically analyzed from the angle ofmanufacturing. By research, it finds that Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urbanagglomeration is the core growth pole of the development of Hunan industry. It is alsothe hot region of the industrial development of the whole province. The surroundingurban agglomeration of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan is the important growth pole ofthe Hunan industrial development. And the parts of southern area and Western regionare the hollow of the whole province’s industrial development; in addition it is theborderland of the industrial agglomeration. Finally, analyzed the influence factor ofthe effect of the spatial structure agglomeration of province in Hunan from theperspective of industrialization, urbanization and regional policy.Than proposed thefuture pattern of industrial space agglomeration.It was thatChangsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration as the core growth pole; the spacelink between four secondary growth ring and axis; so as to undertake the industrial transfer of pearl river delta. Simultaneously, made suggestions of industrialagglomeration development, and to some extent enrich the theory of industry spatialconcentration.
