The evolution of international economic integration, financial globalization has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to our country commercial bank, the state-owned commercial bank has formed the intense impact, but also brought the bank’s international business to a new realm. As trade between countries increasingly frequent, international business coverage has been expanded, which makes the international business is expected to become the new profit growth point of bank. The comprehensive opening of the banking industry introduce foreign Banks to our country, this aggravated the competition between Banks of customer resources, and makes the banking competition hot up. Development history of International business of WZ Agricultural bank is shorter, the relevant system is not sound, there is an urgent need to establish a complete set of competitive strategy to provide sufficient protection to the healthy, stable and high-speed development of the international business.Firstly, this paper introduces some relevant theories about enterprise competitiveness, the porter competitive strategy, Boston matrix, and SWOT analysis method to do the details. From the related theory of competition strategy, we employ five power model, Boston matrix and SWOT analysis on the current situation of international business of WZ agricultural bank.Secondly, we put forward some problems of international business of WZ agricultural bank in the product research and development and promotion, marketing organization system, the talent team construction and examination of incentive. Through Analysis we found that WZ agricultural bank financial products research and development ability line behind the same trade, marketing ability is weak, and not establish mature distribution channels of international business, lack of professional team of international business, international business department not accounted for in the performance appraisal and incentive policy penetration is not enough. Thirdly, through discussing the problems above, we have do optimization research on competition strategy of international business in products and services, marketing system, talent construction and examination mechanism, and give the specific arrangements for international business competition strategy optimization. To products and services for international business, international business value creation function shall be brought into play, promote trade finance intensive management, do big international business trade cooperation, deepen and linkage of product innovation, and promote structural adjustment of international business.To the marketing system optimization, WZ agricultural bank should do specializing in institution building for international businesses, strengthen international business channel distribution, adjust the marketing mechanism to international business.For talent cultivation, should focus on strengthening the team construction, actively carry out the second round of foreign exchange, and actively carry out multi-level business training. To assessment mechanism, WZ agricultural bank ought to improve the performance of international business index proportion, strictly implement the incentive policy, and improve the product manager appraisal mechanism.
