Development Strategy Simulation Analyses Of Under-Forest Economy State-owned Forest In Heilongjiang Province Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid economic development in china, ecological construction pace is speeding up.The majority of the forest, especially the economic development in state-owned forest are affected to some degree, the synergistic space of traditional agroforestry crop yields becomes very limited under current conditions. In order to promote the development of forestry economy perferably,it is necessary to make full use of woodland to explore new planting channels and develop forestry economy. The state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province is the base of state-owned timber forest and is a key strength to ensure economic growth and protect the environment. Therefore, this paper studies the status of under-forest economic development of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province, to determine relevant factors of under-forest economic development and to simulate the future development.There will be practical and theoretical significance to promote under-forest economic of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province and the national forest economy.Under-forests economic is one of the important indexes to evaluating the degree of forestry economic development, and is also an important decision factor for forest sectors to develop the for policies and technologies different regions. The under-forests economic for Heilongjiang provinces were studied as the research object, the main research fields were as follows:Firstly,According to the present situation of under-forests economic for Heilongjiang province, the comprehensive development level were evaluated by the mainly influencing factors with the foundation of sustainable development theory, modern forestry, ecological economics theory and correlation analysis method. Then,the sub-systems (i.e. social-economy system and ecological system) of influencing the development of under-forests economic for Heilongjiang province were systematic researched, and then the causal feedback loop model and rendering system flow chart of SD were built based on the system dynamics theory. The tendencies of under-forests economic for Heilongjiang province were simulated finally by the different coefficients based on the models which were built above. Finally,in order to guarantying, speeding up, invigorating and promoting the development of under-forests economic for Heilongjiang province, some useful policies and suggestions were proposed from the perspective of perfecting management system, strengthening science and strengthening technology support and building incentive constraint mechanism.
