The Research Of The Investment Risk Assessment Of The Changshou Forest World Renovation And Expansion Project

Recent year, a popular group tourism are formed gradually in this peaceful and stable global environment, with the rapidly scale shaped while maintained a high-speed growth. In the21st century, the fast-paced urban lifestyle and heated competition make people desire to go to nature and become a part of it. Furthermore, the rising of public awareness for environment protection promoted forestry tourism becoming a conscious action. Therefore, most of the countries have paid attentions on this new travel style and focused on developing it. This new travel style is called sustainable development of forestry tourism.With increasing popular of forestry tourism, the risk of forestry tourism investments are caused more and more attentions by the investors.This paper choose the Heilongjiang Province ChangShou Forest World renovation and expansion project for example,to evaluation its risk of investment.First,there is a brief introduce and analysis about the Heilongjiang Province forest tourism project’s development overview and investment risk.Then,it introduced the profiles of the existing project and the planning of the renovation and expansion project.Based the identification and analysis about the risk on the different stages of the renovation and expansion project,it established a risk index system of ChangShou Forest World renovation and expansion project,and by using AHP to determine the weights of each index.Due to the ChangShou Forest World renovation and expansion project has a dynamic risk factors,difficult to quantitatively describe,with great ambiguity characteristics,this paper selection of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation of the project investment risk,in order to make a quantitative judgment of the overall risk of the project.Through an empirical study on the project,verify the reasonableness of the model application.Finally,proposed risk prevention strategies and measures of the ChangShou Forest World renovation and expansion project, provide a strong scientific basis for the risk management of this project in the future.
