In recent years, our country Yangtze river delta, the pearl river delta and othertraditional labor concentrated region appear shortage phenomenon, main show is "hiredifficult" and "stay", several years of growth, employment gaps in some factories inthese areas have to reduce capacity, already has an impact on the real economy, alsocaused the central committee and all levels of government attaches great importanceto. Formation, of course, there are many reasons for this phenomenon, its externalfactor such as national policy, economic situation, have also have their own problems.In this paper, in the pearl river delta area of "JinJia Color Printing Company" as anexample, from the Angle of grass-roots staff incentive mechanism, in-depth analysisof the cause "hire difficult", the reasons of the phenomenon such as "do not leave"formulated the specific measures for the existing problems.This article first on the background and significance of this study is presented,and relevant theories of incentive mechanism is reviewed and summarized, afterreviewing the relevant theories of, all the company’s incentive mechanism as aspecific case study. By yourself JinJia company grass-roots staff incentive mechanismpresent situation investigation found that the salary system, performance management,training, incentive, and spiritual aspects are there exist certain problems, main show issalary system, formulate and implement shortcomings, poor maneuverability ofperformance management, employee training incentive effect is not obvious, and thelack of the spiritual aspect. To solve these problems, the author of yourself JinJiacompany original optimization design was carried out on the incentive mechanism,and formulate the corresponding safeguard measures, to ensure that establish theoptimization measures of comprehensive continuous execution, mainly includingbookends scientific incentive idea, correct use of "non-material incentives" andchange the idea of "economic man hypothesis". Finally draws the conclusion of thepresent study and further research in the future was prospected.In this paper, the research object of "JinJia Color Printing Company" is one ofmanufacturing enterprises in the pearl river delta region, has a strong representativeand typicality, the existing problems in the company’s incentive mechanism in the"pearl river delta","Yangtze river delta region" of the enterprise also has a stronguniversality. Therefore, the author hope that through this article research conclusioncan provide the above region enterprise incentive mechanism construction withbeneficial reference and revelation of more.
