Along With the society has a growing demand to power supply capacity and powersupply reliability of Power Grid Enterprises, the business environment of Power GridEnterprises is becoming increasingly complex, and they face dual pressures of ensuringthe power supply service quality, and optimizing the investment and cost. Efficient gridmanagement is supposed to be the inevitable way to cope with the dual pressures forPower Grid Enterprises. The Power Grid Enterprises ’s grid has some characteristics suchas geographical dispersion, rapid development, new access to the dynamic and volatilefeatures in large quantity and distribution assets, which makes efficient and steadyelectrical network grid supply becomes the key to achieve the optimal grid managementof electrical network enterprise. As the key logistics facilities connecting electric powercommodity suppliers or electric network commodity company and their electric powercommodity demand points, whether the power grid enterprise’s logistics distributioncenter location is reasonable or not, not only relates the Power Grid Enterprises’ logisticscost and grid’s safe stable operation, but also relates its whole economic efficiency andthe social efficiency promotion. Based on this, this paper to conducts research to PowerGrid Enterprises’ logistics distribution center location problem is of great significance.Firstly, to systematically collate and summarize the relevant theory methods andresearch results on logistics distribution center location; secondly, to carry on anthorough analysis to the Power Grid Enterprises’ logistics distribution center locationfrom the scientific point of view the location evaluation; thirdly, to build the Power GridEnterprises’ logistics distribution center location evaluation index system by means ofliterature analysis and expert discussions, and build the Power Grid Enterprises’ logisticsdistribution center location evaluation model based on LSSVM; finally, to verify theLSSVM algorithm is more accurate and reliable than TOPSIS by a numerical exampleanalysis, which explains that LSSVM algorithm could provide effective instruction forthe Power Grid Enterprises’ logistics distribution center location plan decision-making,simultaneously it enriches the theory and method to the logistics distribution centerlocation plan evaluation and decision-making.
