Solar energy is a green renewable energy development and utilization of solarenergy, promotion of solar photovoltaic power generation is good for protect theenvironment and promote economic. Rooftop PV projects as the main form of China’suse of solar power, its mode of operation, management mechanisms, policy supportwidespread attention. Economic study of different operation modes rooftop photovoltaicsystems under the user chooses to provide decision support to help increase investment inthe construction of photovoltaic power generation system user enthusiasm.The main contents of this paper studied the effects of the basic benefits ofphotovoltaic systems, photovoltaic system on the roof of cost-effectiveness analysis,research methods for calculating the cost of photovoltaic power generation systems,power generation and income, the calculation method of the environmental benefits ofPV systems. Secondly, the analysis of the rooftop photovoltaic system stakeholdersaspirations and interests of the different characteristics of rooftop PV system users tostudy the rooftop photovoltaic system to build their business model and contract energymanagement business model, combined with China Power Grid Company ofphotovoltaic grid settlement different ways, these two operating modes to be brokendown as follows:"user-created, purchase and sale,""user-created, more than electricityinternet","contract energy management, purchase and sale,""contract energymanagement, more than electricity Internet "four operating modes, and proposedcalculation methods under different operating modes user net income. Then, with a netgain economic evaluation, internal rate of return, payback period, etc. constitute theindex system to autonomous evaluation weights under conditions of non-authoritarianapproach to support the establishment of a roof photovoltaic systems technical andeconomic evaluation models. Finally, the actual rooftop photovoltaic systems, forexample, to calculate the system "user-created, purchase and sale,""user-created, morethan electricity internet" and under "contract energy management, power more than theInternet" mode for each residential users kind of economic index value of each index byanalyzing the data and make recommendations for the user whether to invest in theconstruction of photovoltaic power generation systems; using rooftop photovoltaicsystems technical and economic evaluation model of economic efficiency under differentoperating modes the user a comprehensive evaluation results show that "user-created,more than electricity access" under the best economic operation mode users, this mode isthe best choice for users operating management rooftop photovoltaic system.
