Research On The Relationship Between Innovation Atmosphere Of Incubator And Innovation Behavior Of Employees In Incubated Enterprises

Incubator is an entrepreneurial service carrier for the purpose of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and cultivating high-tech entrepreneurs.It is an important part of the national innovation system and has made important contributions to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and the promotion of regional economic development.Existing empirical studies have shown that organization innovation atmosphere has important influence to the innovation behavior,however at present academia for incubator of this special organization innovation atmosphere how to motivate employee behavior research has not involved,study how to build good incubator innovation atmosphere,enhance employees' innovation self-efficacy,can stimulate the hatching enterprise employees' innovation consciousness,promote the generation of more innovative behavior,to enhance the hatching enterprise's competitiveness has important significance.On the basis of literature research,this paper develops a scale suitable for the innovation atmosphere of the incubator,proposes three hypotheses of the innovation atmosphere of the incubator,the innovation behavior of employees,and the innovation self-efficacy,and studies the mutual relations among the three hypotheses.Through multiple industries of incubator in chengdu staff research,questionnaires,280,232,using SPSS,AMOS software on the questionnaire data analysis,from the incubator innovation atmosphere,the staff of innovation behavior,and self-efficacy theory according to the present conditions of research and development,combing the incubator innovation atmosphere,the staff innovation behavior,the concept of self-efficacy relationship with each other.Based on the research and analysis,three research hypotheses are proposed: first,there is a positive correlation between incubator innovation atmosphere and employee innovation behavior;Secondly,there is a positive correlation between innovation self-efficacy and employee innovation behavior.Third,self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between the innovation atmosphere of the incubator and the innovation behavior of employees.The research shows that the innovation atmosphere of the incubator has a positive correlation with the innovation behavior of the employees,and the innovation behavior is influenced by the mediating effect of the innovation self-efficacy.
