Analysis On Influncing Factors Of Land-requisitioned Peasants Employment Security Satisfaction

Because of the particularity and seasonal agricultural production, peasants are innon-full employment before losing lands, some peasants will be engaged in temporary job ordoing business in slack seasons, although part of the labor force can be free from thefarmland and specialize in non-agricultural job after losing their land. However, we foundthat most of the landless peasants were unemployed and their employment guaranteesatisfaction is low after survey because the land-requisitioned peasants have low levels ofeducation,poor employment skills and landless peasants employment security level thegovernment provided is low, According to the survey data, the unemployment rate is as highas41.8%of total, because of their cultural level and occupation skill level is low, it is difficultfor landless peasants to find suitable employment opportunities. Without a stable source ofincome, landless peasants’ unemployment and economic life will be difficult to be guaranteed.This is not conducive to build new harmonious rural residents life and the healthydevelopment of urbanization. Therefore, through strengthening employment security forlandless peasants, improving landless peasants’ employment security satisfaction, so as toraise the income level of peasants, is particularly important.There is still no related research about landless peasants satisfaction on employmentsecurity system analysis using the ordered Logistic model. for this purpose, this study foundthe problem and deficiency of the employment security of landless peasants through fieldsampling questionnaire survey on satisfaction job security of Landless Peasants in ShaanxiYangling, Anhui Bozhou and Zhejiang Hangzhou area, combining the method of interview,in-depth understanding of the landless peasants employment and employment security status,and the analysis of the statistical results.Based on survey data from Shaanxi Yangling, Anhui Bozhou and Zhejiang Hangzhou,using the ordered Logistic model,The article explored the main influencing factors of land-requisitioned peasants employment security satisfaction. The results showed that thesignificantly influencing factors include: the main occupation before losing lands, educationlevel, health status, household annual per capita net income; income is reduced or not afterlosing land, land compensation subsidies, whether to participate in job training, whether toobtain employment information service, the government created employment opportunities ornot, whether to obtain unemployment security. We found that the employment of landlesspeasants security satisfaction is low after research and analysis.lower satisfaction on employment security is not only because landless peasants owndeficient occupation ability,but also because employment training and employmentinformation services for the land-requisitioned peasants is not satisfactory, the governmentfailed to actively create employment opportunities for peasants and unemployed landlesspeasants is not guaranteed.Based on the results of model analysis, some countermeasures were put forward afterconsidering the most prominent contradiction and the most urgent problems in order toimprove landless peasants satisfaction on employment security: to promote the peasantsincome growth, improve the peasants’ self security level; raising the compensation standardof land expropriation, landless peasants have rights to negotiate land acquisition price, givinglandless peasants land owned right to some extent to make land compensation pricemarketization; establishment of landless peasant employment security ManagementCommittee; optimize the occupation training network, improve peasants occupation skill;accelerate the construction of rural labor market, set up perfect employment service system;creation of employment opportunities, expanding employment channels; Coordinate andintegrate labor relations, strengthen employment protection for landless peasants；incorporate landless peasants into the unemployment insurance system for urban landlesspeasants, establish and perfect the system of landless peasants unemployment security.
