Capacity Evaluation Of Supply Chain Knowledge Sharing Based On AHP-FMEA

Supply chain is an important source of enterprise knowledge growth and valuecreation, and knowledge sharing is the core content of supply chain knowledgemanagement. The effective sharing of knowledge can not only improve the efficiency ofknowledge innovation and application and achieve coordination and optimization of theknowledge level between the members of the supply chain, but also improve the overallknowledge of supply chain and enhance the core competition of the supply chain.Therefore, the study of supply chain knowledge sharing is of great importance toachieve better knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation among enterprises insupply chain and to improve competitive advantage of the supply chain.Firstly, this article gets a detailed analysis of the research status of supply chainknowledge sharing capabilities, problems and contents in the research and innovation ofthis research; secondly, discusses the basic theory about the supply chain management,knowledge management, knowledge sharing and supply chain knowledge sharing; again,accomplishes detailed analysis of the supply chain knowledge sharing from the fiveaffecting factors, following the basic principles of constructing index system toconstruct5first grade indicators and16secondary indicators of supply chainknowledge sharing capability evaluation system; then, creates the combining abilityevaluation model of supply chain knowledge sharing between the analytic hierarchyprocess and fuzzy matter element analysis method, using AHP to determine weights,using membership function to get the membership degree of evaluation index, and thenusing fuzzy matter element to get comprehensive evaluation; Finally, the standardindustry supply chain conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness andfeasibility of the model, and presents the ability to improve supply chain knowledgesharing countermeasures and suggestions.
