With the development of information technology, software industry rapidlyrising, many software companies are established every year. As a knowledgeintensive industry, software industry enterprise business activities create a lot of newknowledge. The new knowledge include information plan for a company, algorithmproblem, software interface design and so on. How companies manage knowledgeand implement internal knowledge sharing is the key way to improve the operation ofexternal response capabilities, avoiding duplication of staff, improving the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. Most of the enterprise knowledge is tacit knowledge,which mainly exists in the employee’s mind. Due to the small and medium-sizedsoftware enterprise personnel flow is more frequently, loss of tacit knowledge isrelatively serious. So the study of small and medium-sized software enterprises tacitknowledge sharing is imminent.. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance ofthis paper, also introduce the current research analysis of tacit knowledge、knowledgesharing and the factor of knowledge sharing. The second chapter is an overview ofrelevant theories which mainly include classification and characteristics of tacitknowledge, social networks and social network analysis methods. The theoriesprovide a theoretical basis for further study. The third chapter analyzes small andmedium-sized software enterprises tacit knowledge sharing process. Describes thecontents, carrier, useness and structure of small and medium-sized softwareenterprises tacit knowledge, analyzes the tacit knowledge sharing mode and networkfeatures. The fourth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of small andmedium-sized software enterprises tacit knowledge sharing from the network nodesaspect, the network aspect, the network structure aspect and network environmentaspect. The fifth chapter makes strategies for the small and medium-sized softwareenterprises tacit knowledge sharing, which are from the network node, networkstructure and network environment three angles. The Sixth Using social networkanalysis method of analyzing the present situation and problems of knowledgesharing of H company and put forward the concrete improvement strategy. Finally, summarize the main research and put forward the prospect of research for small andmedium-sized software enterprises tacit knowledge sharing. This paper analysis of thesmall and medium-sized software enterprises tacit knowledge sharing from thetheoretical and practical perspective,give a guidance for software enterprises toimplement tacit knowledge sharing.
