Online shopping has been deeply implanted into the human DNA. In recent years, mobile Internet, smart phones, new payment is to speed up the development of online shopping and traditional retail industry has come to the crossroads of life and death, transformation into the electronic commerce industry is urgent. However, due to missed the best time to enter the e-commerce, the gap between the traditional retail industry and electricity suppliers is huge, especially with Taobao, lynx, Jingdong gap is a full range of. To take off in the face of difficulties, must be innovative. Traditional retailers have to play their own advantages in the store. O2 O this new electricity supplier model came into being. And logistics, especially the logistics distribution mode has become an important problem that affects the development of the O2 O business model. It is important to study the choice of the mode of the traditional retail store in the O2 O mode.In this paper, we use case analysis, literature analysis, comparative analysis, summarized and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method to analyze the selection of traditional retail store logistics distribution mode in O2 O mode. First of all, the paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the traditional retail stores, understanding the concept and classification of e-commerce, and its impact on traditional retail stores, the paper expounds the relationship between O2 O, traditional retail industry, logistics distribution mode. And then, analyzes the current common logistics distribution mode(enterprise self-management mode, third party distribution, joint distribution model)are introduced, and the above three kinds of mode of a comprehensive comparison analysis; key influence factors of traditional retail industry of logistics distribution; summarizes the necessity of distribution pattern.Then SWOT、the matrix decision method and AHP, factors affecting the selection of logistics mode is analyzed and established a mode choice model and distribution model evaluation model; And so on the logistics of Shenzhen BJH The distribution pattern is analyzed and the conclusion is drawn. Finally, three models are proposed for the O2 O model, and the cost is calculated and the corresponding conclusions are obtained. In the end of this paper, some suggestions are put forward for the selection of the logistics distribution mode of the traditional retail industry in the O2 O mode, which provides some theoretical guidance for the selection of the traditional retail logistics distribution mode in the O2 O mode.
