Employee creativity is affected by both the personal and situational, Althoughexisting studies have made some exploration between employee job insecurity and employeecreativity, studies have lacked for creative self efficacy and study the interaction context.Employee job insecurity has close relationship with creative, proper job insecuritycan stimulate the transport power of creativity, so that staff can give full play to theirtalents to serve for the enterprise in the work. But excessive job insecurity can also affectthe dependence of the staff of the enterprise and trust, and even affect their sense ofbelonging to the enterprise and loyalty, if this insecurity reach a degree, may lead toemployee turnover phenomenon, individual turnover in enterprise is acceptable, but alarge number of employee turnover, especially the outstanding staff turnover in enterpriseproduction and management of enterprises, will greatly affect, affect the development ofenterprises. In thesis, the questionnaire survey method, to400for superior-subordinatepaired data as samples, discusses the job insecurity, creative self-efficacy influence onemployee creativity and its mechanism. The results showed that job insecurity effects onemployee creativity is small; job insecurity, creative self efficacy and interaction effectson employee creativity through the mediating effect of intrinsic motivation. Now theheavy task, is not conducive to employee’s creativity, and dehumanizing way ofmanagement, let employee a long-term job insecurity sensitive state, also kill theenthusiasm of the staff to create. And that the limitations of the incentive mechanism andcorporate leadership is not reasonable leadership ability, is the result of a restriction ofemployee job insecurity and creativity. In view of the above problems, the author putsforward to reduce the working pressure and duty, implement "people-oriented" approach,suggestions, hope to be able to enterprise job insecurity and employee creativity toprovide some reference.
