On The Application Of OPM3’s In Railway Construction

The Organizational Project Management Maturity Model, an ability of makingcommercial profit by organization’s successful project delivery, is shorted as PM3.It hasbecome an important subject in academia. In combination with working practice, this papermakes a comprehensive study on the concepts and the concepts’ development of the project,project management and project management maturity. Based on organizational projectmanagement maturity model, this thesis focuses on theoretical reflection on project safety,quality, progress, cost and benefit management factors by the case of ChengMianLe RailwayPassenger Dedicated Line project management.
