Collaborative innovation projects play an important role in enhancing independent innovation capability and promoting the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements of China.In recent years,it has become the main mode of major scientific research projects.However,due to the different starting points and demands of stakeholders,there are often problems of insufficient motivation or lack of in-depth cooperation.Integration and sharing of complementary knowledge is the key to cooperation among stakeholders.Whether effective knowledge sharing can be achieved determines the performance of collaborative innovation projects to a certain extent.However,the current research on knowledge sharing focuses on the long-term knowledge sharing mechanism among enterprises,which can not reflect the temporary,complex and multi-knowledge type of collaborative innovation projects.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct targeted research on the knowledge sharing process in collaborative innovation projects.Knowledge sharing is a process of mutual learning and communication among stakeholders.The background differences among stakeholders aggravate the difficulty of knowledge sharing process analysis.Taking the network as the carrier of knowledge sharing can reflect the complex cooperative relationship among stakeholders.Based on the characteristics of collaborative innovation projects,an effective method to identify and quantify the factors of knowledge sharing network is proposed.Knowledge sharing network consists of two elements,namely,node and relationship.In terms of nodes,the stakeholder is identified through the Responsibility Sistribution Matrix,and the similarity of the knowledge structure is used as the principle to transform it into nodes.The expert judgment method is used to quantify the initial knowledge level of nodes.In terms of relationship,the network relationship is identified by Project Network Planning.According to the technical difficulty of work package and the historical cooperation experience among the nodes,the relationship strength is quantified,and then the construction of the weighted knowledge sharing network is realized.Stakeholders have obvious limited rationality characteristics.When facing decision-making of complex problems,they are interfered by various factors.It is difficult to accurately measure the payoff of various decisions and make optimal decisions.Therefore,knowledge sharing is regarded as an evolutionary game process based on network relationship among stakeholders,in which stakeholders may constantly adjust sharing strategies to obtain maximum benefits.Based on the existing research,three kinds of influencing factors in the process of knowledge sharing are extracted,namely,sharing intention,sharing ability and knowledge characteristics.With the introducion of coefficient of synergy effect,the payment matrix is depicted by cost-benefit analysis to deeply explore the evolutionary path of game under different initial strategies.It is found that the evolutionary stable state of the game system depends on the relative position of the initial strategy state and the game saddle point.The algorithm structure and flow are designed based on evolutionary game process of knowledge sharing,and the simulation method is used to verify the results of theoretical analysis.The simulation results show that the initial strategy state,project cycle,penalty intensity,network structure and knowledge type all have an impact on the effect of knowledge sharing.Feasible suggestions are proposed based on the simulation results,namely,improving the network structure,enhancing the relationship strength and setting a reasonable punishment mechanism.The innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,evolutionary game theory is introduced into the analysis of knowledge sharing process,and the existing method of identification and quantification the factors of knowledge sharing network is improved.The dynamic process is realized by simulation method with network as the carrier of knowledge sharing evolutionary game.Secondly,a targeted research on the knowledge sharing process in collaborative innovation projects is conduted,which expands the research field of knowledge sharing,reflects the characteristics of collaborative innovation projects in the construction of knowledge sharing network and evolutionary game model,and provides a new perspective for the research of collaborative innovation project governance.
