As the economy continues to develop, the degree of urbanization gradually deepened,moreand more scarce urban land, land pricesrose after another, metropolitan land is a veritable whereland is precious. To seek greater development space, the city managerin addition to doingintensive land use, the most important land management tool is theland purchasing and storagereserves. Reserve land storage is an effective means torevitalize the stock of state-owned land forconstruction of the existing idle and inefficient use of an important means of urban land intensiveutilization. In this study liesfrom reality, objective analysis of idle land purchasing and storagerevitalize beforebidding on land acquired from the open market to develop ideas.Zhongshan Tan State project sites has been idle for many years due to historical reasonsundevelopeduse, after GH’s real estate company leadership seriously study and organizedepartments to field trips that we should make full use of the value of theland, combined with itsown location and scale advantages, to fight the architecture and environment of a symbiosis,harmony between man and nature, Asians energy saving, comfortable lifeof the high-qualitylarge-scale integrated boutiquecommunities.The objective of this paper is to study the history and status for the project put forward thecorresponding development of ideas on the relevant markets, investment environment, investmentand other issues estimation comprehensive analysis, demonstration and evaluation of theeconomic benefits of the project finally combined assess the comparative index, which is given tothe project sites bidding decisions based on the expected benefits of recommendations to make theproject ultimately achieve the best value for money.
