In the modern enterprise management activities, the staff allocation have become anindispensable work of human resource management and planning, it has a great influenceonthe staff recruitment and training, salary management,employee performance and so on, italso has an effect on the cost of enterprise operation and production efficiency. Rational staffallocations are gradually becoming an important factor to enhance the core competitiveness ofenterprise.In the past, power supply enterprisewho determined the number of employees was mainlyrely on managers’subjective experience, or each department and team put forward thedemandfor workers, it didn’t have a system, scientific method of measurement. The numberof employeeswouldbe more and more with time went by, while the efficiency for per persongraduallydecline,the work of staff allocation is imperative.Every enterprise should attachgreat importance to it.In this paper, the research object is A power supply bureau overall staff, I must analyzeand select the appropriate staff allocation method for measuring. This article calculate thetotal number of personnel allocation and hope to provide a scientific control limit for theenterprise, and at the same time as a constraint condition for the each department and teampersonnel allocation, finally, the personnel allocation method also has a certain referencevalue.When analyzing and using the related method, it must be consistent with the superiorcompany’s requirements. Calculating the staff must be based on the ever models, and combinewith related mathematical statistics methods. The result will be more reliable and scientific.Firstly, I collect and analyze the information and articles about the personnel allocation,and make some interviews with managers of A power supply bureau, so that I can get theuseful and valid information that I need and gather the information together. Then, I mustselect the factors which have a great relation with the demand of staff, and obtain thehistorical data of the key factors. According to the related information and data, I canestablish a model of regression for personnel allocation. Finally, calculating the forecast of thevariables in the second year through using time series method, step by step, I can get the total number of A power supply bureau. This paper also considers some actual factors of A powersupply bureau, it willmake the resultof measurement ismore close to the actual demand ofenterprise.
