With the development of science and technology, the increasingly fierce marketcompetition, the innovation rate of product accelerate all the time, the customer’s consumptionconcept increasingly diversified, the ability as fast and on schedule of the new productdevelopment has become one of the core competitiveness of the enterprise development. Forthe traditional speaker system manufacturing industry, because the new product marketdemand "more variety, small batch, listed fast, low cost and high quality", meanwhile theenterprise’s own condition and other factors limited, the enterprises, in the new productsdevelopment, faced realistic problems such as heavy task, resource balanced difficultly anddevelopment schedule urgent. Therefore, combining with the actual enterprise’s cases, theenterprise made an optimization scheme of the new product development project withscientific and effective management, thereby ensured the product development projectscompleted on schedule, to achieve reasonable allocation of time and resources, as thedirection of the sustainable development of the enterprise.This thesis in accordance with the idea of combination the theory and practice, and therelated literature on local and abroad with the project schedule management as a guide, andintroduce the studying contents and methods. Then F company set as the research objectwhich has been using the project schedule management in the new product developmentproject, then introduces the overview of the company and the organization structure, and withthe Amanda Bluetooth speaker system development project as a practical case to study,introduces the project scope and characteristics, using project WBS and OBS, to determinethe relationship of process, work out project network diagram, prepare project schedule. Inview of the speaker system development project’s schedule of F enterprise exists seriouslylags behind the plan, the reason lies in the schedule planning by using the project networkdiagram technology focus on the completion of processers, ignoring the time and costconstraints. At F enterprise, for the problems of the speaker system product developmentproject, this thesis would use the critical chain technology to optimize the schedule plan of thecase study project, and introducing a buffer method to protect the critical chain path. Duringthe project development process, to further improve the safeguards to ensure the project progressing smoothly, then combine the critical chain path buffer time management andearned value analysis method to control the effect of the project schedule management.Finally, analyzes and researches the effect of the case study project schedule management,and summarizes the conclusion and deficiency of the project management.The thesis results show that, the optimization research of the speaker system productdevelopment project of F enterprise by using the technique of critical chain schedulemanagement mode, in a certain extent could improve the project schedule, the projectschedule controlling can better implement, at the same time the project development processproblems solved preliminary. Although the project schedule management optimization planimplementation effect is not ideal enough, there are still many deficiencies, but thecompression effect of the project work time is obvious, its experience can further improve theschedule management level of F enterprise’s product development project, and provide thereference for the similar enterprises in China.
