Life insurance salesmen of the agency system was introduced to China since1992,for the rapid development of China’s insurance industry has played a very importantrole. In recent years, life insurance premium income growth slowed, the agency existssalespeople low quality, heavy tax burden began to focus on issues such as exposure andaffects the healthy development of the next phase of the life insurance industry. In thiscase, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission to start work insurance salesmanreform in2010. Although the system is a staff development direction of life insurancemarketing model, but within a certain time in the future agency will remaindominant. The purpose of this paper is twofold: one agency to identify current problemsexist and optimized;2salesmen different attitudes of staff system to identify systemfactors marketers choose to promote smooth implementation of the reform of the staff..Through more than800life insurance salesmen conduct employee satisfactionsurveys, employee satisfaction application model agency found higher satisfaction in thework itself and work groups in two dimensions, and in the work of both return and workenvironment lower dimension satisfaction and to identify the specific problems existagency. Different types of marketers tend to differ on the agency and staffsystem. Through non-parametric tests, income levels and employee satisfaction foundtwo factors that affect the choice of institutional life insurance salesmen.Finally, life insurance salesmen satisfaction surveys and opinion on the reform ofthe system of life insurance salesmen, social insurance agency system optimizationsuggestions marketers reduce the tax burden, etc., and summarized the transformation ofChina’s life insurance salesmen systempaths.
