The performance of construction enterprise plays an important role on thedevelopment of the construction industry,the job performance of employee decisids andinfluences enterprise performance. However, because the construction industry is alabor-intensive industry, its particularity makes conditions of work of staff ofconstruction enterprises be worse, long working hours, high labor-intensity, lead to lowjob satisfaction, reluctant to put more energy into work, which affects the performanceof employee. Based on this, this paper analyses the relationship between organizationalcommitment of Construction enterprise, job satisfaction, job involvement, and jobperformance of employees.According to the existing research results, firstly, this paper constructs a theorymodel of the relationships between organizational commitment of constructionenterprise, job satisfaction, job involvement and job performance of employee, to studythe effect of each dimension of construction enterprise organizational commitment, jobsatisfaction and job involvement on job performance and construction enterprisesorganizational commitment on job satisfaction, job involvement and job performance;secondly, this paper measure the variable and test the theoretical model using theeffective questionnaires. And the research shows that, organizational commitment has asignificant positive effect on job satisfaction and job involvement of employee,including affective commitment, normative commitment and economic commitment onemployee job satisfaction and job involvement has a significant positive effect, inaddition, ideal commitment significantly influences the employee’s job involvement.Employee job satisfaction and job involvement has a significant positive effect on job performance. At the same time, job satisfaction and job involvement are theintermediary variables between construction enterprise organizational commitment andjob performance, job satisfaction is the intermediary variable of affective commitment,normative commitment, economic commitment and job performance; job involvementis intermediary variables of affective commitment, normative commitment, idealcommitment, economic commitment and job performance. Finally, combined with theexisting research results, this paper puts forward related suggestions for the humanresource management of construction enterprises in china.This research except to Make the managers of Construction enterprise payattention to the affect of organizational commitment of Construction enterprise jobinvolvement, job satisfaction and job performance of employees, targeted to takemanagement measures to improve organizational commitment of Constructionenterprise to help on improving employees’ job involvement, job satisfaction, andtheir job performance, thereby ensuring smooth business achieve its goals.
